Q: Why should I register my event?

A: You should register your wellness event if you want to RAISE awareness on the benefits of wellness lifestyles through your activities; ENCOURAGE your team to imagine new exciting Signature experiences; UNITE all your departments around your brand values in a spirit of team-building ; SPREAD the word to make as much media noise as possible ; CATCH the attention of journalists, bloggers, influencers ; ATTRACT new clients and future members.

Q: Is it free to register my event?

A: YES. It is completely free to register your event. The organisation & communication of the World Wellness Weekend budget is supported by Official Sponsors.

Q: What is expected from me once I register my venue?

A: To participate, each venue (or licenced wellness professional) agrees to organize,onsite, in the city or in nature, one 60-minute group workshop. Promote healthy lifestyles, through nutrition, or physical activities, or mindfulness, or sustainability.

Q: When should I register my event to get maximal exposure?

A: We encourage you to register your event as soon as possible and not wait until the last minute. Registering early can benefit your business as you will immediately appear on the search engine, improving your SEO. Local media can also spread the word about your event. Alternately, registering late increases the risk of low turn-out for your event.

Q: How can people find my event?

A: People interested in wellness activities & events can easily locate your venueon the World Wellness Map. They use the search engine tool and look for activities near them, for exemple, if you are a yoga studio in Paris, when someone looks for yoga or activities in Paris, they will see your property listed. We also encourage you to create a Facebook event promoting your special 60-minute group activity for World Wellness Weekend.

Q: What kind of activities can I organize?

A: Brainstorm with your team. What could you do do differently on the World Wellness Weekend? What Signature activity (class, treatment) could you launch on Sept 16-18 in partnership with your vendors? If you are still looking for ideas, we have compiled fun and original ideas on our Activites Page and on in this video LINK.

Q: Do you have any promotional material I can use to advertise my event?
A: YES. Ask for the WWW 2022 Participation Kit with useful documents and graphics (Logo, fonts, poster, infographics, photos, list of suggested activities... See elements from 2021 HERE.

Q: I have problem registering my event and finding it in the search engine

A: If you have troubles registering your event, maybe this quick tutorial can help you out LINK. If you still encounter difficulties with registration – you can contact us on info @ and our Event Coordinator, or your closest WWW Ambassador will gladly help out.

Q: Do you provide advertisement for my venue?
A: World Wellness Weekend is NOT an advertising company. It is a collaborative platform that creates a GLOBAL wellness event, this lets LOCAL wellness-related businesses join and organize local fun, free and meaningful activities on September 16 – 18, 2022. 
Appearing on the World Wellness Weekend website and the World Wellness Map gives exposure to the most creative venues. We do NOT provide “advertisement”, but we feature the most original, engaging and fun activities in our Press Releases (Media), and on our social media accounts  FaceBook & Instagram
The most creative and active venues use the opportunity to raise their brand awareness, in order to bring in new clients or members.
