What If you felt truly seen, heard, valued, validated and appreciated for your unique gifts, abilities and qualities? What if you experienced a strong sense of connection, acceptance, confidence, empowerment and trust on a daily basis?

How would your life be impacted, personally, in family and intimate relationships, and in your professional life?

“Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have…This is the variable that we have ignored for too long.” – Albert Einstein

Underlying every single human motivation is the need to be loved. We all live for love, and go on living better lives because of it. We will literally die for love, and suffer depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, dysfunctional and erratic behaviour, addictions, and feel broken from the lack of it.

The fact is, people need more, they want more, and they are leaving unsatisfying or stressful jobs, relationships and home situations to go in search of more. People are desperate for genuine connection, a sense of recognition and personal validation, and to discover who they really are, under the social masks and superficial engagement.

There’s a new paradigm of mind/body/spirit awareness taking precedence in the wellbeing world, spurring people towards increased personal fulfilment, a greater sense of purpose and a holistic view on health for mental and emotional well-being.

Fortunately, following in the footsteps of movements such as veganism and mindfulness, a wild-fire trend for Self Love is now under-way. It’s starting to transform the way in which we relate to ourselves and our place in the world at a rapid rate. There’s a collective, brewing realisation that to love oneself unconditionally is the key to a radically different and much needed perspective on life.

Deeper than the ego-driven instagram culture for boosted self esteem, self love is to genuinely engage to one’s inner self, with empathy, kindness, compassion, and zero judgement. It is to love ourselves as we would wish to be loved, and to love ourselves the way we love others, or better!

Self love is the opening door for a more conscious humanity, and for a new paradigm in wellbeing.
