World Wellness Weekend supports the European Week of Sports since 2019

Sport is not about competition, it is a connection

World Wellness Weekend is a proud partner of the European Week of Sports , a Europe-wide movement committed to making physical activity a part of everyday life, encouraging people to “Walk more, scroll less”!

Launched by the European Commission, the European Week of Sports and #BeActive empower people of all ages and backgrounds to move, feel better, and connect through sport.

Celebrating ten years of impact on 23-30 Sept 2025, the campaign reaches across borders, generations, and communities from city streets to rural villages, schoolyards to workplace corridors uniting everyone around one similar idea: movement matters.

In 2024, 15 million participants united in over 50,000 events held in nearly 40 countries!
