-
A business or organization or free-lancer that wants to receive the official Wellness CHAMPION badge commits to hosting three different free collective classes or workshops, at three different times, hopefully to attract different types of new clients or local communities (for example: a fitness class, and a yoga session, and a guided relaxation/meditation).
To receive the official Wellness HERO badge, a business or organization or free-lancer commits to host five free collective sessions or classes: three different for the public, one for its team (workplace wellness or wellness team building), and one for the under-privileged community (in a senior home, or a school, especially for kids at risk or children with special needs, or a hospital, or caring for the planet with World Cleanup Day or planting).

-
Absolutely NOT! In order to promote #WellnessForAll, you must accept to offer ONE mandatory free activity (as a Participant), or THREE (to get the Wellness CHAMPION badge) or FIVE (to get the Wellness HERO badge).
Then, we encourage you to organize irresistible offers so that new clients may want to enhance their experience with paid services or special packages. Example: Sunday Yoga & Brunch (Yoga session is free, and Brunch is optional with a participation fee) ; or Pool Class & Cabana (Pool class is free and Cabana for half a day comes at a price with access to the heat & cold facilities).
